Information we collect
Information you give us. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, age or age range, occupation, business or professional role, income range or ability to invest, fitness goals, exercise and nutrition habits, and answers you provide in an assessment, application, message, or coaching intake. If you book a call, we collect scheduling details and information you share about your goals and circumstances. If you become a client, we may collect information needed to provide coaching, including your training history, progress, measurements, photos you choose to provide, and communications with your coach. Please do not submit medical records or other information we have not requested.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our online content, we and our providers may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source, links clicked, and interactions with our forms and advertising. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be used for these purposes.

We may receive information from platforms and providers you use to interact with us, such as Meta, Typeform, Calendly, our customer relationship management provider, payment processors, and advertising or analytics providers, in accordance with your settings and their policies.
How we use information
We use personal information to:

Schedule and conduct calls and follow up about a request or application you submitted; Provide coaching, manage a client account, track progress, and process payments; Send service communications, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and support messages; Send marketing communications where permitted, subject to your choices and any consent required by law; Measure website traffic, understand how our marketing performs, and show or measure advertising; Maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights; and Improve our Services and business operations. An assessment result, including any "body age" or similar score, is an informational fitness estimate based on the answers supplied. We use assessment answers to generate results and, where applicable, to respond to inquiries about coaching.
Advertising, analytics, and cookies
We may use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand visits and actions on our website, measure campaigns, and reach people with advertising. These tools may collect or receive identifiers, device and browser information, page visits, and event information. Depending on how they are configured, advertising partners may use information collected on our site in connection with advertising across other websites or services. You can manage cookies through your browser and use the privacy and ad settings offered by Meta and Google. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
We do not intend to transmit assessment answers, coaching records, health-related details, or income answers to Meta or other advertising platforms through pixels, server-side events, URL parameters, or audience uploads. Our actual tracking configuration must reflect this practice.
